Yeah, it’s stuck. And that’s because the motor is holding it where it is. There should be two brackets holding the window attached to a track or arms or whatever. The arms are connected to the motor, which isn’t moving. Each bracket has a couple of bolts that you must loosen, this in turn loosens the window and you can move it. But if the motor doesn’t work, you will have to find some strange way to actually keep the motor up. I’m assuming that this isn’t a misalignment problem, which would be a different story. These W-body cars use a different system than my A-body Cieras, so this may have no pertenence to your problem!
