Chest x-ray shows pneumonia or atelectasis?

0

My GP took an xray after I had a pretty bad cold, because I had slight ache on left lower side of chest. The findings are below, and I thought atelectasis meant tumor… Anyone understand this finding? FYI the doctor didn’t think I needed to follow up after he gave me 5 days of antibiotics. All help is gratefully accepted. Doctor’s finding start here: FINDINGS: Lungs appear slightly hyperinflated. Subtle increased opacity in the left cardiophrenic angle partially obscuring the left heart border may represent pneumonia or atelectasis. Lungs otherwise appear clear. Heart and mediastinum are stable.
