To prevent an overflow email situation, perform the following actions for Webmail: • Monitor and delete any unwanted messages that are in your folders. It is important to remember that messages in the Inbox, Sent, and Trash folders all count toward your storage quota, as do messages in any other custom folders you may have created. To see where messages are stored, click the Folders tab. In every folder that contains messages, view the folder contents and check the size of each message. Add these together to determine whether you are at (or near) your quota. Delete each individual email manually, or Clear the contents of the entire email folder.
