Charging the battery and reset failed, now what?
Try a deep reset by holding down the On button and pressing the reset button with the stylus (as in the above question). Hold the buttons for 1 or 2 seconds. WARNING, this will completely wipe out any data and installed programs on the device. Be sure you have made a backup or have hot synched your palm before trying this procedure.
