Unless notified otherwise, Cerner will respond to a clients Y2K issues, regardless of any prior contractual restrictions, and will work out billing issues with the client post-Y2K event. Some clients have submitted letters that tell us that Cerner should not provide support that falls outside their support entitlements until appropriately authorized by the client. These will be monitored in the Triage Center and should not be a consideration for those teams working on point resolutions. If you are sent a point, work it.
