Changing flight details(6 people booked,now three can go)?
OK – first of all, if there are just 3 going it’s no problem. The other 3 don’t have to tell the airline anything – they don’t check-in and so the seats are re-sold to stand-by passengers. If you want 3 other friends to take their place – you can go online and do a name change – there is usually a fee (about 40 euros each name) Finally, you cannot get a refund of the unused tickets – but you can do a date-change and pay a fee (about 40 euros each name), but if you don’t use the tickets YOU CAN RECLAIM ALL THE AIRPORT TAXES AND DEPARTURE TAXES – just contact the airline after the date of the flights.
