A committee may obtain cash to use for making change at an event. However, at the end of the event the committee must re-deposit the amount for change and identify it, as a reverse entry on Schedule B. Re-deposit of a change fund should be a separate entry on the report, as a reverse entry on Schedule B, rather than included with any unitemized fundraiser or convention receipts.
