NAADAC offers three different certifications for both member and non-member addiction professionals. The National Certified Addiction Counselor, Level I (NCAC I), National Certified Addiction Counselor, Level II (NCAC II) and the Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) are available. The type of certification available for each counselor/addiction professional depends upon the experience and education of the applicant.
