Entourage does not completely download messages with large attachments. To download the entire message click the Get entire message link in the Info Bar at the top of the message. To change the message size option choose Tools > Accounts and double-click CMU Cyrus Mail. In the Edit Account window, click Options. Enter a larger number or uncheck the Partially receive messages over choice.
