In order to meet American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding and reporting requirements, CCTA must be fully implemented by July 31, 2011. If CCTA is not finished by this date, there are no additional funds available outside of ARRA to complete the project. Therefore, it is critical that CCTA is completed within that timeframe.
