CBLs that werent completed by Participants by the due date are still on the participants To-Do list. Why?
Go to the curriculum that the courses are in. Click AutoEnroll. Make sure the Retroactively enroll to a delinquent Finish By date until the Enroll on or Recycle date checkbox is not checked because this will keep it on their To-Do list until they have completed it no matter what the due date is. If this is unchecked, then this curriculum may have been manually assigned. Go to Participants, find the participant, click Enroll CBL, find the curriculum and click De-Enroll at the bottom. If they are actually enrolled by the Auto-Enroll, it will kick back on and re-enroll them if its coming from there.
