We heard Thailand may open its doors to foreign pilots soon to fill the demand for pilots, especially with low-budget airlines. Bangkok Airways and Air Asia both accept female pilots, so your best chance is to apply to them. However, our advice to you is to apply to all airlines in Thailand. Experienced pilots are very difficult to find. Don’t wait for airlines to advertise for pilots, submit your application to every airline now. Ask them if they ever require pilots, please contact me.
