Sounds like damp distributor and/or rotor arm. Take the distributor cap off, give it a wipe and put it back on. This should solve the problem, but if not give it a bit of a rev before pulling away.

Sounds like the starter motor did not disengage from the flywheel ring gear – do not drive it any further to avoid more serious damage – could already be too late.
