Capital Allocation?
Unless you have particular personal reasons for investing a greater or smaller sum in one Stealth discovery or another, the wisest strategy is to put equal amounts in each company, and therefore achieve the average of the portfolio. There is no doubt that a few of the companies will soar. There will be the occasional 10- or 20-for-1 success, and others will languish or even fall. We can’t know for sure in advance which ones will be the star performers, especially in those companies involved in natural resource exploration. Therefore, wager on the Stealth concept, not the individual company. However, we can be confident that our research and criteria are founded on tested principles, and the probabilities will favor an average return substantially above what is normally available in the broad stock market. As an investor, your strategy should be built around patience and discipline, as well.
