Cant turn the machine on initially (motor not turning on) or after the unit has not been used for a while.?
1. Make sure the power cord is plugged into proper outlet. 2. No other appliances are plugged in the same outlet and turned it on at the same time. 3. Make sure no extension cord is used for initial testing. If extension cord MUST be used, it has to be a proper 14-gauge (14AWG) cord with length of 50 or less. 4. Keep the water supply OFF & turn the switch ON. If the motor starts, *TURN IT OFF in 2 or 3 seconds. Then you can start using the unit by turning the water supply and switch on accordingly. If the motor does not start, turn the switch on and off couple more times to prime the unit.
