Yes, many do and most are very disappointed. Hidden fees of the most ridiculous type are found in calling cards, such as: .00 connection fees, termination of call fees, surcharge fees of all kinds, 4 to 8 minute rounding and monthly fees, if the card is even re-chargeable. It is estimated that the average calling card yields less that 50% of the face value.
