A8. No. The Autograph device knows how long it has been removed from your vehicle, and you will not be eligible for a discount if it has been disconnected for an extended period of time. Specifically, your Autograph device must be connected 95% of the time from when it was first installed to when it was last removed in order to qualify for a renewal discount.
