Can someone else log in to my Visto Briefcase and read all my information?
Not unless you give them your password. Visto supports case-sensitive passwords of up to 64 characters, including numerals and punctuation. By changing your password often, and keeping it securely hidden from anyone else, you can ensure that no one, not even the president of Visto, will be able to read one byte of your file information when you transmit using SSL. Visto is tough on security.
