Can my electrician just wire the building for data, phone and video?
Electricians are certainly permitted to pulll our wires but often aren’t educated in the sensitivities of data, video and phone wiring. Data cables that are run too close to an electrical wire run can have as much as 90% of their throughput (effectiveness) cut. Our recommendation is to stick with a company that is CEDIA Certified and understands how to do it right.
