We advise you very strongly against doing this. Entering into a fraudulent marriage only for immigration purposes is illegal. If you are caught, the foreign born “spouse” will be placed in removal (deportation) proceedings. Both the foreign national and the American citizen “spouse” face possible criminal penalties including a five year prison sentence and $250,000 fine.
