Unless you live in Iraq it is impossible to buy it cheaply or at market rate from currency exchangers as it is not traded internationally (the FOREX). Some special currency exchangers do offer it at much higher rates but most of them are base near to Iraq borders. Once it is an internationally traded FOREX, we believe by that time the price of the dinar will have appreciated quite considerably and there will be no point investing.
