Can get wireless internet access while signal is good.?

try using the laptop near the router/modem if the connection works then try it say 30 feet away ect… till it starts to fail…. if you what to some router can have their wireless upgraded w/ lager antenna to get better coverage if even being next to the modem/router … you still lose internet then there is an interference of some kind… such as a wireless phone… if one is using a 2.4 ghz cordless phone it can interfere w/ a wireless signal… if this is the case try unplugging the phone a period and seeing if that worked… if this dose not work call your isp(internet provider) to get a new router… if that dose not work then get them to set the channel on the router to 11 thats what fixed mine when i had the same issue..
