Can do birthing classes is there a dvd or something anyone can reccommend instead????
My husband and I went to classes.. and honestly nothing really prepared either of us. The main thing for your husband to do is just be there to support you. You may want to go on youtube and look up live birth or watch the discovery channel some so he can see what birthing is about. As for you.. I didn’t know what to do really when I went to the hospital but it comes naturally. You will know when it is time to push b/c there will be a lot of pressure (like you have to go to the bathroom) so you’ll want to push. Good luck!
I’m not sure that the classes can fully prepare your husband at all anyways, but I did find a video that is supposed to be really really good.
