Can’t dial long distance?
That’s probably because you’ve forgotten we have access codes to do that. We have different dials for different distances. Use this Quick Telephone Reference Guide, for long distance, local calls, international, etc. (http://its/systems//Phones/quick_ref_guide.aspx) Those who do not have an access code, and need one for College work, contact the Helpdesk (x5454). Meanwhile, here are some tips from the guide from Telephone Larry: To dial a long distance number: Enter your access code. Enter 9 for an outside line.
