Can alter Windows Live Mail skin?
Windows Live Mail is a wonderful application from a usability standpoint, but it’s skinned for Windows Vista and I have a Windows XP desktop. The Vista skin is visually jarring and I’ve searched for a way to alter it, but all searches for both Skin and Theme terms (Google and Bing) point to skinning the Windows Live website, which isn’t helpful. I’ve tried removing the file “Vista.thm” file in the hopes that there is a default system skin, but it’s simply replaced whenever the application is restarted. It seems that the program is skinnable, but I can’t see how to do it. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks, -> Scott.
