Canon Powershot SD 1100 IS — Is it any good?
The Canon Powershot SD 1100 is an excellent camera. One of my friends got this camera about a month ago and I had the opportunity to take a few pictures on it while at an event at college and I thought it was great. I am planning to get the same camera as soon as I save enough money for it. Some key features that I noticed on the camera which are very important: – 8 Megapixel (this is more than sufficient) unless you wanted to print extra large pictures. – Weight of 4.41 oz (this is very light) – Sleek design – Made by Canon (one of the best camera manufacturers and have been around for many decades and they have excellent customer service). – 3x optical and 4x digital zoom (makes it a total of 12x zoom) – Takes SD cards (which are quite cheaper compared to others) – Rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery with charger – Optical Image Stabilizer – 2.5″ LCD screen (good size). and more….. – Reasonable price.
