In order to be able to offer the largest selection of appointments to all of our customers, the system is programmed to prevent customers from holding more than one active appointment at a time. Because so many customers are using the system at one time, appointments are filled very rapidly. By the time you are able to cancel your old appointment and reschedule a new one, the appointment you wanted might very well be booked by another customer, leaving you with no appointment at all. Therefore, it is generally in your best interest to keep your original appointment unless it is absolutely necessary to cancel and try to schedule an earlier appointment.
