Can ypu play Dungeons and Dragons with just two people?

It’s always possible to play a solo game, but it stretches the rules a bit to create challenges that aren’t impossible to solve alone or deadly.(D&D 3.5 had a number of solo adventures for sale. You might be able to translate those to 4e.) All it takes is a good DM who’s able to create interesting NPCs to play with without letting them take center stage, but those are hard to come by. If you aren’t lucky enough to know one, your best bet is probably to try an online game like a PBEM or OpenRPG. Good luck!
