Can youth under or over grades 5-8 attend the Youth Center?

Usually. Youth who are younger than fifth grade are allowed to attend the Youth Center if they have an older sibling at the Youth Center at the same time. Youth who are older than eighth grade are allowed to attend the Youth Center under the agreement that they are to be leaders and set a good example for the younger youth to follow.
