Can your hand washing products be used with antiseptic pump soaps and alcohol based hand cleaners without the use of sink washing?

No. You must fully wash hands with water and soap with our products. Also use of non hand washing under water methods are not 100% effective in eliminating germs. Most say 99% effective or less.
