Can young adult (mid 20s) eat those kids Flintstone vitamin pills?

There is nothing wrong with eating kids’ vitamins, it’s just that they are not nearly as strong because they are made for someone much smaller than an adult. In order to get the same benefit, you would have to increase the dosage. There is a danger that you could overdose on some of the elements by increasing the dosage too much. If you really want to take them, then you would have to do a comparison with adult vitamins on an element-by-element basis. That way you would know how many of the Flintstones equal one of the adult vitamins. Otherwise you could do more harm than good by getting too much of something and having a reaction.
