Yes, you can wear platinum jewelry in the shower. Water itself won’t damage it (it takes a LOT to damage platinum). Normal wear (sweating, showering, beauty products, chores like gardening or dish-washing, etc.) may cause the platinum to become less shiny and that is normal (and actually preferred by some people) but if you prefer it to be shiny you can always have it cleaned (most jewelry stores will clean it for free, especially if you return to the store you purchased the jewelry from).
