It’s definitely not possible to make GBA games on the DS connect to another using WI-FI. When GBA function is booted it locks out all the other DS hardware which means you can’t use the wireless function.As for emulators, it’s probably possible, but would be extremely difficult to do. I don’t think anyone would want to invest all that time and effort.
