Definitely. Feel free to use the leftover marinade to cook an extra sauce for your meat, or to keep it moist. Once you’re finished frying the meat, pour the marinade into a small saucepan and simmer it on low to medium heat until it boils. Then it’s ready to be served over your meat to enjoy. You can always add extra spice, garlic or onions into the marinade to give it extra kick.
