Well I don’t know if you can put the capsule up there, but acidophilus doesn’t treat BV it treats yeast infection. Bacterial vaginosis usually needs to be treated with an antibiotic. Yeast can be treated naturally and is self limiting. If you let BV go, the infection could spread.
