I use the extra strength John Frieda serum because I have naturally curly/frizzy hair.. It says thermal protect, so it will protect hair from heat damage, but I personally wouldn’t use it alone, I’d spray on a good heat protector afterwards aswell. You only use this serum after washing hair- when its completely wet although I find it works better from preventing frizz when its been towel dried. Honestly, don’t put it on dry hair because it makes it really greasy (especially at the roots) and it makes your hair go all wierd and feel oily. Trust me, I’ve tried. Serums aren’t made to hold hair straight, its to prevent frizz and make your hair look shiny and feel smooth. But Frizz-Ease is the best stuff you can get for frizzy hair.
