It has amide bonds so it should have a useable UV/Vis spectrum. You might need to remove oxygen and go fairly low in the UV to see a good absorbance. There are also a couple of free amino groups so hitting it with a fluorescent probe and using fluorescence detection would give WAY better sensitivity. Given the high toxicity of this compound, this is a good thing. LCMS would also work if you are lucky enough to have such a system.
