The Philippines is not on any GPS device makers radar. AFAIK you can buy an old GPS map of Metro Manila from “Map King” a HK based company. But its at least 5 years old and was never updated ever since. The Google MapMaker looks good (also free!) since there is a community based effort to improve the maps accuracy.
