Peel Bananas and blend along with Lemon juice. Let it become creamy, keep aside. In a pan add Sugar, Corn flour, Nutmeg and Lemon rind. Add milk and cook over a low flame stirring continuously, until it thickens. Remove and keep aside. Beat the Egg Yolks well, add few table spoons of the milk sauce and mix well.
