Unfotunately for the majority of Wii games you will need to use the Wii remote and nunchuk. However, in some games such as the upcoming Super Smash Bro. Brawl and a few others, you WILL be able to use a Gamecube controller. Of course you can also use them for the Virtual Console games, but you probably already knew that.
