Make a backup of Cameras if you have custom cameras Collections if you have custom collections Config if you have a userstartup.cheat Downloads if you have any custom content Movies if you have made any movies Music if you have custom music Neighborhoods because this is where your save games are Packaged lots if you have packaged any lots Paintings if you have custom paintings PetBreeds if you have custom pet breeds or have registered any PetCoats if you have custom pet coats Projects if you are working on any custom content and want to keep the project SavedSims if you have any extracted sims SC4Terrains if you have custom neighbourhood terrains Anything else you can just leave to be deleted.
