Yes to both! Exercises will tone up the stomach and as a new mum you will soon get more than you like. One of the best I found after birth was holding my stomach in while doing things like washing-up or walking pushing the babies in a pram. Sit-ups are GOOD too! I started as soon as my Caesarian scar (going downwards) healed! A tummy tuck like a Caesarian scar will be stretched if you become pregnant again and will be even worse afterwards(.At least with the ceasarian they cut out the old scar tissue) If you need one wait till you are certain that you aren’t going to have more children.
