Can you tell me from experience if crystal deoderant rocks work, or not?
Yes, they work very well as a deodorant only. I find that with heavy exercise I still get a normal perspiration smell, but it quickly dissipates. And Dave is wrong. While the crystal deodorant does contain aluminium, it is not the same chemical, same action nor effect as an antiperspirant. There is a chemical reaction on your skin for the purposes of deodorising, but the aluminium is not taken into the pores of your skin to prevent perspiration. Antiperspirants contain aluminum chlorohydrate and aluminum zirconium. Crystal deodorants are made of the mineral salts, potassium alum in the liquids and ammonium alum in the solids.
