Can you tattoo over acne scars on a persons back and chest?
I’m looking for some advice on where to go for a full piece on my back and chest I’ve been hiding behind my scars for years and really need to embrace them with art. Also, if the scar is raised there will be an indistinct area in the tattoo (where the scar is) that will be raised. Also keep in mind that it is not advisable to tattoo over active acne.
