I have deep vein thrombosis in both legs. My doctor is a Vascular Surgeon. I am on coumadin for life, been this way for 8 years. 7.5 mg per day. I also have minor gout attacks, and he prescribed Colchicine for the gout. Advised that there would be no interaction risks with Coumadin. Of course, always check with your pharmacist and/or doctor, but my guy is very experienced, so this should not be a risk to combine the two drugs…..
