probably yes, there was some concern that some products of this type were required to be shipped by land transport ( trucks, for example) as they posed essentially explosive fire hazards and if the whole bottle went off- the debris could be blown over l00o feet straight up! if this is true caution is advised. I have never heard of an accident of this type in real life, however. I believe the product was Musk Oil that could go off with explosive force!
