Can you suggest a product or service to help someone who has difficulty getting to the phone quickly enough to answer calls?
There are a number of different options available, including using an answering machine or one of our answering services such as Call Minder or BT Answer so that there’s no need to rush to answer the telephone. You may also wish to consider one of our cordless phones so you can keep the handset with you at all times, or installing an additional handset in your home.
