I wouldn’t suggest swimming in the pool of a 3* or 4* hotel in Istanbul city (if you even find one). You might get sick. A 3* hotel in Istanbul is a place where you go to sleep. Istanbul is generally not the place for tourists looking for spots to have a swim. Çırağan Palace Kempinski has a nice pool. But that’s a 5* hotel and not that cheap. http://www.kempinski-istanbul.com/en/hom… Club Çubuklu 29 (not in the city) has a fantastic swimming pool as well but that’s not a hotel. It’s not cheap either. http://www.cubuklu29.com/ You can use the swimming pools of 3* and 4* hotels in Southern and Western Turkey.
