Can you stir fry corn from frozen?

I don’t see why not. I add frozen corn to things all of the time (like soups, goulash, etc.) and it turns out just fine. Frozen corn carries more water (ice), so take that into account. You can stir fry other frozen vegetables as well, like snow peas.
