Can you still send my Hauptwerk version 1 registration details and software?
Sorry, no. The version 1 registration details were not computer-specific and did not need any Internet-based activation. Your version 1 license had no time limit and so you can of course continue to use version 1 indefinitely provided that you have your original registration details (serial number and key). However, Hauptwerk version 1 is no longer supported in any way so we are sorry we cannot provide any assistance for it, including re-sending lost registration details. If you want to keep using version 1 you must make sure you don’t lose your copy of the software or your registration details. If you need any help from us at all, and you are still using version 1, you must upgrade to the current version of Hauptwerk. Hauptwerk now can outperform version 1 on any given computer hardware, as well as giving enormously better quality, realism and features, providing that your computer meets the basic prerequisites.
